Много написал о тех трагических событиях, добавить уже нечего. Напомню только, что именно с октября 1993-го родилась и живёт установка власти: «Я ни с кем не договариваюсь, я не договороспособна. Я могу только диктовать и продавливать свои решения – любой ценой. Хочешь жить – смирись со мной». Вечная память всем жертвам той страшной осени 1993 года.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links. To that end, when files are actively downloading, a new icon now appears in the Search bar that users can tap to view and manage downloads, pause and resume all downloads or just individual items, and select one to increase its priority or view it in a chat.
