Основная проблема Индии все же не в засухе, а в нехватке резервных мощностей, так как спрос на электроэнергию в стране растет на несколько процентов в год, тогда как энергосистема Индии уже и без того третья в мире по установленным мощностям. Наращивать генерацию на высокую базу в энергодефицитной стране сложно.
Впрочем, если дефицит гидроэлектроэнергии на рынке Индии случится, для российских угольщиков это шанс нарастить поставки угля на этот растущий рынок. Тем более, как показывает пример нефти, к санкциям индусы относятся без пиетета.

But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app.
