Вчера мы с мамой сходили на очень интересное мероприятие – арт-завтрак🎨
Проходило всё в отеле в центре Москвы. Сначала нас накормили вкусной едой, а потом мы пошли творить. Я не умею рисовать от слова совсем, поэтому, конечно, переживала, справлюсь ли. Картины мы выбрали заранее и, когда пришли, на холстах карандашом уже был размечен рисунок, оставалось только раскрасить. Но это, скажу я вам, не так-то просто!
Мне безумно понравился процесс, это такая своего рода медитация, НО в конце я себя чувствовала прям полностью опустошенной, я настолько устала, что мне чуть ли не физически было плохо. Наверное, я потратила очень много энергии на свое творение. Но опыт просто фантастический 😍
Студия называется Art Wow Moscow. К сожалению, у них нет сайта, но вы можете найти их в запрещенной соц.сети. МК длится 2-3 часа, помогают рисовать профессиональные художницы, а картину потом можно забрать себе домой.

That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp.
