🚂Сегодня, 3 июля в России отмечается День вагонника. Эта дата была выбрана не случайно. Именно в этот день Советом народных комиссаров СССР и Центральным комитетом ВКП(б) в 1933 году было вынесено постановление «О работе железнодорожного транспорта», в котором выделили службу вагонов в самостоятельное управление.
