Средние затраты на материалы для отделки квартир по итогам 2024 года выросли на 12,8% год к году, до 10 тыс. руб. за 1 кв. м, подсчитали аналитики. Медианный чек при покупке товаров для строительства и ремонта в 2024 году составил 9,3 тыс. руб.
Цены на стройматериалы увеличиваются, несмотря на сокращение спроса: за 2024 год количество их покупок сократилось на 4-7% год к году. Эксперты считают, что сейчас основные покупатели такой продукции — владельцы квартир в новостройках, но объем сделок на первичном рынке снижается из-за высокой стоимости ипотеки.
В 2025 году рост стоимости стройматериалов продолжится и составит в среднем 5-10%, считают участники рынка.

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. Overall, extreme levels of fear in the market seems to have morphed into something more resembling concern. For example, the Cboe Volatility Index fell from its 2022 peak of 36, which it hit Monday, to around 30 on Friday, a sign of easing tensions. Meanwhile, while the price of WTI crude oil slipped from Sunday’s multiyear high $130 of barrel to $109 a pop. Markets have been expecting heavy restrictions on Russian oil, some of which the U.S. has already imposed, and that would reduce the global supply and bring about even more burdensome inflation. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
