Поднимал ее и на встрече с премьером Михаилом Мишустиным. Договорились, что кабмин поддержит. Положительное заключение получено.
После принятия нашего законопроекта все добровольцы будут застрахованы на тех же условиях, что и другие военнослужащие. При этом закон будет иметь обратную силу – то есть распространяться на всех участников СВО, добровольно ушедших на фронт с самого первого дня спецоперации (24 февраля 2022 года).
