Создателем схемы назвал себя Алексей Блиновский — муж блогера. В апреле стало известно, что он отправился на войну в Украине. Телеграм-каналы писали, что таким образом Блиновский решил «реабилитироваться перед обществом» и добиться освобождения жены.
Сама Блиновская признала вину и погасила часть задолженности перед государством.

Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly.
