Руководителю предприятия "Тюмень Лес" вменяют незаконную вырубку, хранение, перевозку и реализацию на крупную сумму более 6 тысяч сосен, берез и елей. В департаменте лесного комплекса Тюменской области размер ущерба оценили в 56 млн рублей.
Тюменскому предпринимателю грозит от 1 до 3 млн рублей штрафа, до 5 лет принудительных работ со штрафом от 300 до 500 тысяч рублей, а то и до 7 лет лишения свободы. Также его освободят от должности и запретят работать по профилю.
С учётом ужасных пожаров в Якутии, вырубка "лёгких" России - самое настоящее преступление.
