Теперь часть обязанностей департамента экологии и недропользования региона перешли в ведение департамента по охране объектов животного мира. Кроме того, на первое ведомство возложена обязанность вести Красную книгу Тюменской области.
Как объяснили чиновники, постановление принято для повышения эффективности государственного управления. Правда, так мы и не понимаем в чем разница и что изменится. Бюджет от этого не наполнится, да и на местных жителей такое решение никак не влияет.
