В процессе выполнения рейса экипаж проинформировал о нестабильной работе правого двигателя на минимальных оборотах. Тем не менее, сигнал SOS или объявление о чрезвычайной ситуации не поступало. В аэропорт «Кольцово» самолёт прибыл в соответствии с графиком, в 06:42 по местному времени.
