Бывает что командование сформировав взв бпла не отправляет людей учится. Ситуация же такова, что в учебном центре батальона Спарта (ДНР) на мавики в прошлом году обучали 1 неделю, а сейчас уже 2 недели. Т.е. объем необходимой к усвоению информации увеличился кратно. А спрос с централизованно необученных пилотов такой же как и с обученных и именно с их работой и сравнивают. Или, например, обучились люди на fpv, но их "на пока" посадили за мавики и потом говорят: "они целый месяц/два обучались и летают хуже самоучек - долбо*бы"
