Рекордные показатели зафиксированы в Москве, а также в регионах, граничащих с Украиной. В Брянской области зафиксирован рекордный показатель за 11 лет, в Ростовской — за 14 лет, в Курской — за всё время ведения статистики.
Война нормализует насилие и жестокость, в страну идёт поток неконтролируемого оружия с фронта, а часть «героев СВО» — избежали наказания за жестокие преступления или получили тяжёлое ПТСР на войне.
Даже МВД, прогнозируя рост особо тяжких преступлений, отмечало «остроконфликтную ситуацию» в Украине как один из криминогенных факторов. Закономерность очевидна: чем дольше идёт война, тем менее безопасными становятся наши города.

Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read."
