Алексей Русских подписал указ об установлении дополнительной единовременной региональной выплаты 1,5 млн рублей для бойцов, которые с 27 ноября до 31 декабря 2024 года заключат контракт на прохождение военной службы.
Ранее установили выплату в размере 400 тыс рублей от Ульяновской области, также 400 тыс рублей выплачивается по Указу Президента РФ. Еще одна доплата в размере 200 тыс рублей, установлена от города Ульяновска.
Таким образом, общая сумма единовременной поддержки каждого бойца составит 2,5 млн рублей.

Russian President Vladimir Putin launched Russia's invasion of Ukraine in the early-morning hours of February 24, targeting several key cities with military strikes. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Stocks dropped on Friday afternoon, as gains made earlier in the day on hopes for diplomatic progress between Russia and Ukraine turned to losses. Technology stocks were hit particularly hard by higher bond yields.
