فرج اله ایلیات با تبریک میلاد منجی عالم بشریت (عج) از مردم، صاحبان صنایع و تولیدکنندگان به دلیل همکاری در مدیریت بهینه انرژی تقدیر و تشکر کرد.
وی با اشاره به افزایش دما در دو روز گذشته و عبور از شرایط اضطراری تأمین انرژی اعلام کرد که تمامی مدارس، ادارات، ارگان‌های دولتی و مؤسسات عمومی غیردولتی استان، روز شنبه ۲۷ بهمن، باز خواهند بود و فعالیت‌های آنها به صورت عادی جریان خواهد داشت.
ایلیات ضمن تشکر مجدد از مردم شریف استان برای همراهی در تداوم پایداری انرژی، از همگان خواست تا همچنان در مصرف حامل‌های انرژی، صرفه‌جویی حداکثری را رعایت کنند.

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. In this regard, Sebi collaborated with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to reduce the vulnerability of the securities market to manipulation through misuse of mass communication medium like bulk SMS. Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy."
