Челябинск в рейтинг вообще не включён, так как объем строящегося жилья там менее 1 млн. кв. метров. По этому показателю он позади Тулы, Рязани, Ижевска и Пензы, не говоря уж о Мытищах.
Впрочем, все это остатки былой роскоши. Таких раздутых портфелей у девелоперов, по всей видимости, скоро не будет нигде. Но тут ничего не поделаешь — все пузыри имеют обыкновение лопаться.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis."
