Силовики с утра работают в Комитете дорожного хозяйства мэрии Челябинска. Копают под руководителя КДХ Рината Кучитарова. Это человек из окружения Петра Конарева, арестованного за коррупцию экс-советника главы города Натальи Котовой и ее самой.
Кучитаров считается личным кошельком Ко-Ко. На него Конарев оформил коттедж площадью почти 300 кв м и стоимостью 25 млн рублей в элитном закрытом поселке Тарасовка, где жили челябинские губернаторы Петр Сумин, Михаил Юревич и другие первые лица региона.
По данным силовиков, Конарев с Кучитаровым выводили сотни миллионов рублей бюджетных денег через ООО «Транс-экспедиция» Николая Пискунова (зять Конарева), Рустама Кучитарова (двоюродный брат) и Игоря Плотникова (друг Рината Кучитарова).
