Уральская транспортная прокуратура направила в суд уголовное дело о контрабанде строительной смазки стоимостью более 12,5 млн рублей
В Уральской транспортной прокуратуре утверждено обвинительное заключение по уголовному делу в отношении жительницы Свердловской области. Она обвиняется по ч. 1 ст. 226.1 УК РФ (контрабанда стратегически важных ресурсов).
По версии органа дознания, в период с 2019 года по 2021 год обвиняемая, являющаяся менеджером организации, в целях увеличения прибыли юридического лица и сокращения сроков поставки без предоставления в таможенный орган декларации на товары организовала незаконный экспорт из Российской Федерации стратегически важных ресурсов – строительной смазки для форм и опалубки, содержащей в своем составе нефтепродукты, стоимостью свыше 12,5 млн руб.
Уголовное дело направлено в Карталинский городской суд Челябинской области для рассмотрения по существу.

To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public.
