«В свободное от учебы время по вечерам могут навестить. В пределах частей есть места для свиданий. На месте военнослужащие узнают у своих командиров, можно ли к ним приедут родственники. Когда же они попадут в действующие подразделения [в зону СВО], их никак уже нельзя будет навещать», — рассказал Голиков.
