Напомню: проект позволял просевшим по доходам арендаторам расторгнуть договоры и уйти не попрощавшись.
Что поменялось ко второму чтению:
Во-первых, теперь право на расторжение договора есть опять только у «наиболее пострадавших отраслей», а не просто у тех, у кого сильно просели доходы.
Во-вторых, нужно сначала попросить арендодателя снизить арендную плату. А вот вещи собирать можно только если не удалось договориться о снижении за 14 рабочих дней. Срок для отказа от договора - не позднее 1 октября 2020.
В-третьих, пени, штрафы и плату за отказ от договора с арендатора брать по-прежнему нельзя. А вот обеспечительный платеж арендодатель теперь вправе оставить себе.
