✅Измельчаем в кофемолке 2 ст.л.льна или берём готовую кашу (проверяем, чтобы она не была прогорклая, храним в холодильнике) ➕горсть фундука ➕щепотка корицы ➕1 ст. л.🥥 стружки/протеин и т.п. ✅добавляем по вкусу любимые ягоды, фрукты, семена, орехи, какао, кэроб, куркуму, мускатный орех , маку и т.д. фантазия безгранична ✅Заливаем эту смесь кипятком ✅Наслаждаемся быстрым, вкусным и очень полезным завтраком😋
