Галеты из чечевицы - проще некуда, а вкус за счёт специй 🔥
☘Замачиваем на ночь 200 гр красной чечевицы (можно от 2 ч).
☘Перебиваем блендером в пюре с добавлением 1-2 ч.л. томатной пасты и ~50 мл масла (я брала горчичное, но можно ГХИ, авокадо, оливковое экстра лайт)
☘Добавляем соль и специи ~по 0.5 ч.л. (я люблю итальянские/прованские травы, карри, для плова😁). Смело пробуйте смесь на вкус и регулируйте его, у всех разные предпочтения.
☘Полученную смесь наносим тонким слоем, чтобы галеты вышли хрустящими.
☘Сразу делаем разметку на порции, чтобы легко и красиво разламывать после приготовления
☘По желанию посыпаем семечками или приправой.
☘Выпекаем 15-20 мин при 150 гр. Чтобы были более хрустящими можно оставить в выключенной духовке, но следить, чтобы не почернели (регулируем время по своей духовке).
