Прояснилась роль USAID и фонда NED в использовании ЛГБТ-сообществ в разных странах на примере Бангладеш, где США занимались «дестабилизацией политики Бангладеш» путем финансирования фестивалей трансгендерных танцев и бангладешских музыкальных групп.

Оказалось, что ЛГБТ (запрещена в России) легко превратить в оппозиционную группу (как и национальные меньшинства) из-за недовольства ущемлением своих прав. Как показывает практика требования прав растут до ущемления прав неЛГБТ. Они активны в политике, легко становятся большой группой оппозиции, помогают устраивать митинги и расшатывать власть.
