Терориста відразу ж на місці і затримали, ним виявився 37-річнй алжирський мігрант Брахім Абдессемед, раніше судимий за заклики до джихаду. Мігрант мав дійсний наказ про депортацію та 10-річну заборону на в'їзд у Францію, але Алжир відмовився його приймати назад, і він продовжив ходити вулицями Франції.

"There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts.
