Դժվար չէ ենթադրել, որ այսպես կոչված «խաղաղության պայմանագիրը» դարձել է «խաղաղության համաձայնագիր» նորից Ադրբեջանի պահանջով։ Թե ինչ տարբերություն կա պայմանագրի ու համաձայնագրի միջև, կարող եք կարդալ այստեղ։
Բայց ավելի էականն այն է, որ Ադրբեջանը համաձայնագիր էլ չի ստորագրելու, ոնց որ չստորագրեց 2023 թ. Գրանադայի թուղթը, կամ որևէ այլ բան։ Թուղթ պետք է միայն ՀՀ դե-ֆակտո վարչապետին, որպեսզի Հայաստանի բնակչությանն ասի, որ «ինքը խաղաղության բերեց, բայց նույնիսկ դա բավական չէր, որ Ադրբեջանին կանգնացնեինք»։ Մինչդեռ Ադրբեջանին կարող է կանգնացնել կազմակերպված, դիմադրող ու ամեն օր զարգացող պետությունը, որը կարող է լինել, եթե չլինի Հայաստանի այսօրվա իշխող խմբավորումը։
