Այն համահեղինակել ենք ԵՊՀ արևելագիտության ֆակուլտետի դեկան, պրոֆեսոր Ռուբեն Մելքոնյանի հետ միասին։ Աշխատանքը ներկայացնում է քաղաքական այդ նախագծի գաղափարի ծագումը, զարգացումը, իրականացման փորձերը տարբեր շրջափուլերում՝ 20-րդ դարասկզբից մինչեւ մեր օրերը, դրա տեղն ու դերը թուրք-ադրբեջանական քաղաքական-գաղափարախոսական դաշտում, ինչպես նաեւ խնդրի աշխարհաքաղաքական համատեքստը։
