Теперь горожанам не придется по ночам слушать пьяные разборки под окнами. «Были совместные комиссии, проверки, однако это не приносило никаких результатов. (…) Но, как говорят, «вода камень точит». Мы не отступали и вот результат», - написал Михаил Вдовин.
