Южно-Сахалинск украшают к Новому Году. Специалисты уже установили праздничную ель на площади Ленина. Сейчас работники подключают ее освещение. Также, уже монтируют праздничное дерево на площади перед областным правительством и украшают городской парк. Сотрудники зоны отдыха установили две елки и уже развешивают праздничные иллюминации по всему общественному пространству. На следующей неделе в планах приступить к заливке катка на стадионе "Космос".

Кроме украшений, в Южно-Сахалинке готовят и развлекательную программу. В нее войдут не только детские утренники и мастер-классы по изготовлению елочных игрушек. Также, для детей из малоимущих семей и семей участников СВО будут проводить экскурсии по городу и походы на гору Большевик и останец Лягушка.

For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
