Креативную задумку в краевой столице реализуют в рамках 70-летия алтайского хоккея. Это совместный проект «Динамо-Алтай» и Горэлектротранса.
Над новым обликом модернизированного вагона в депо работают художник-мультипликатор и художник-аэрографист арт-резиденции «Код». Обновлённый вагон будет ходить по маршруту №7.
