«Мы понимаем, что у Сербии долгая история культурных и экономических связей с Россией, но это тот самый момент, когда мы, демократическое сообщество, сильно рискуем. Надеемся, что в ближайшие недели мы сможем вместе с Сербией послать России четкий сигнал о ее неподобающем поведении на Украине», сказал Крис Мерфи. О нет, сэр, ничего вы в исторических связях сербов и русских похоже не понимаете.
А еще сенаторы намекнули, что если Сербия все еще хочет вступить в ЕС, ей следует пересмотреть свое отношение к закупкам вооружений у РФ и Китая.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors. WhatsApp, a rival messaging platform, introduced some measures to counter disinformation when Covid-19 was first sweeping the world.
