17 и 18 января 2024 года Брестский облсуд рассматривал уголовное дело против Бойко Александра Николаевича. Мужчина под стражей с 24 октября 2023. Его обвиняли по ч.1 ст.361-4 УК РБ (Содействие экстремистской деятельности). Роль прокурора исполнял Геннадий Бурый, роль судьи — Дмитрий Карасинский.
Про суть обвинений брестской «Весне» ничего неизвестно. Однако данная уголовная статья часто используется беларускими властями для политически мотивированных дел после 2020 года.

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts.
