5 сентября огласили еще один приговор за акцию протеста, которая проходила с 10 на 11 августа 2020 года в Березе. Это был суд по ст.342 УК (так называемое "Групповое нарушение общественного порядка").
Как следует из пресс-релиза суда, судья Людмила Рудина постановила: ▪️Кулак Николай, Евменов (Куль) Игорь, Рыбаков Андрей, Данилюк Виктор — каждому по 1 году 6 месяцев колонии
Напомним, неделю назад осудили других 4 людей из-за протестов августа 2020 года в Березе. Там тоже все получили колонию. Суть обвинений в обоих случаях в том, что вечером и ночью с 10 на 11 августа 2020 года березовчане "выкрикивали лозунги, демонстрировали полотна бело-красно-белого цвета, препятствовали движению транспортных средств" — то есть людей осудили за реализацию права на мирный протест.
