По информации брестской "Весны", Максим Силюк сегодня вышел на свободу. Напомним, его судили вместе с еще 9 людьми за разные протестные акции. Конкретно Силюку вменяли причастность к разрисованной "Табакерке" (ч.2 ст.339 УК "Хулиганство") и закорачиванию жд-рельс (ч.1 ст.309 УК).
На суде обвиняемые и даже свидетели говорили про давление со стороны следователей во время допросов. Несмотря на это, всех признали виновными, и Силюку присудили 2 года 6 месяцев колонии. Срок мужчина отбывал в шкловской колонии №17. Он отбыл наказание целиком.
