Апелляционная палата Кишинёва отклонила жалобу Партии социалистов Молдавии, которая оспаривала решение Центральной избирательной комиссии о сокращении числа избирательных участков в России на предстоящих президентских выборах.
Ранее ЦИК сократила количество участков для голосования граждан Молдавии в России с 17 до 5. В 2020 году на президентских выборах и в 2021 году на парламентских голосования проводились на 17 участках.
Оппозиционные партии оспорили это решение в Апелляционной палате Кишинёва.
