To create a scene like this, all you need to do is remove all of the modern features that ruin it in modern times. But, if you allowed this in too many places, people would start to realize just how tacky the rest of London, and dare I say, England, has become.

For me, it's not really "progress" if you can not afford to live in places that were once allocated for the poor.

Progress is to upgrade engines without making cars look ugly. I'd genuinely prefer this style of car was nationwide as opposed to vehicles that currently look like something out of the 'Fith Element'.

Modern politics is like modern art in the way that the harder people try to seem more intelligent, creative, or profound than they really are, the more stupid their creation becomes.

Even if you was to somehow produce 100 English children a week, all you'd do is further destory our economy and our standard of living. We don't need a race, we need a small population so we each have the room to be stable, and dare I say, happy. We don't need more, we need far less. Thus the con of capitalistic "progress" has allowed the misery we know today.
