Вчера на салоне «Балтийского Кубка» попробовал белый Приорат от Gran Clos (3199 р., Vinissimo). Вино понравилось (тельное, с нотами желтыми фруктов, цветов и меда), вернусь к нему позже, чтобы составить цельное впечатление. А пока решил сделать пост-шпаргалку, т.к. белые вина из Приората мало известны.
Главный белый сорт в Приорате – гарнача бланка (60 га). За ним – макабео и педро хименес. Другие сорта – мускат, щарелло, пикпуль, шенен блан и вионье. Для выдержки используют сталь, бетон, дуб. Вина получаются плотные, насыщенные, с 13-14,5% алкоголя.
