Законом установлено, что в случае, если военнообязанный в течение 20 календарных дней после указанной в повестке даты не явится в военкомат, ему будет запрещена регистрация в качестве индивидуального предпринимателя и самозанятого.
Для осуществления этого запрета правительство предусмотрело обязанность налоговой службы направлять данные по запросу Минобороны для обновления реестра.
Запрет не распространяется на регистрацию юридических лиц, однако информация об участии в юридических лицах также будет направляться для обновления реестра.
⚠️Отметим, что ни законом, ни постановлением правительства не предусмотрены какие-либо ограничения для уже зарегистрированных индивидуальных предпринимателей и самозанятых.
Введение ограничений возможно как для призывников, так и для пребывающих в запасе.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets.
