«В соответствии с требованиями времени и дальнейшей совместной деятельности Вооруженных сил двух стран подготовлена и начата реализация «Дорожной карты» по реконструкции и модернизации азербайджанской армии», - сообщил Хулуси Акар.

In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events."
