Высокую должность врио вице-губернатора и руководителя департамента по вопросам правопорядка и противодействия коррупции теперь займёт Максим Ковалёв, полковник полиции и боец.
До назначения он возглавлял отряд специального назначения ОМОН — «Беркут-С» — в Севастополе и воевал в Украине.
