Согласно законопроекту, за продажу энергетиков детям и подросткам вводятся штрафы:
▪️для физических лиц — в размере 30–50 тыс. руб., ▪️для должностных лиц — 100–200 тыс. руб., ▪️для юридических лиц — 300–500 тыс. руб.
В августе в России приняли закон о запрете продавать энергетические напитки детям, но в нем не были прописаны штрафы.

Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future.
