29 января на заседании Комитета Госдумы по экологии, природным ресурсам и охране окружающей среды аудитор Счетной палаты Сергей Мамедов сообщил, что целевые показатели нацпроекта "Экология" выполнены согласно отчетам, но плановые значения части показателей были скорректированы в сторону их ослабления по сравнению с первоначальной редакцией паспортов.
Аудитор отметил, что результаты проведения контрольных и экспертно-аналитических мероприятий Счетной палаты говорят о наличии потенциала для повышения эффективности и результативности мероприятий нацпроекта.

In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. And indeed, volatility has been a hallmark of the market environment so far in 2022, with the S&P 500 still down more than 10% for the year-to-date after first sliding into a correction last month. The CBOE Volatility Index, or VIX, has held at a lofty level of more than 30. So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives?
