Как сообщили в Минстрое ДНР, реализация проектов запланирована на 2025–2026 годы. На эти цели из федерального бюджета будет выделено более 442 млн рублей.
В разработке проектов принимали участие администрации населенных пунктов, представители Минстроя ДНР и шеф-регионы РФ.

And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Now safely in France with his spouse and three of his children, Kliuchnikov scrolls through Telegram to learn about the devastation happening in his home country.
