Наиболее активно строительство жилья по нацпроекту «Жилье и городская среда» ведется на территории томской агломерации: в областном центре, ЗАТО Северск и Томском районе. Эти муниципалитеты входят в первую тройку по объемам введенного за 2024 год жилья: в Томском районе сдано 276,4 тысячи «квадратов»; в Томске – 205 тысяч «квадратов»; в Северске – 17,8 тысячи квадратных метров.
Основной прирост ввода жилья в 2024 году дало индивидуальное жилищное строительство: за год введено 293 тысячи «квадратов» – 53,5 % общего объема. Площадь построенных многоквартирных жилых домов превышает 254 тысячи квадратных метров (46,5% от общего объема).
