Следствие установило: в августе 2023 года сотрудник ГИБДД через посредника получил от нарушителя ПДД взятку – две тысячи рублей. Взяв деньги, он не стал составлять протокол об административном правонарушении, и нарушитель избежал административной ответственности по части 4 статьи 12.15 КоАП РФ.
