Оптимизаторы избирательного процесса из Владивостока решили усложнить жизнь себе и прочим причастным, расчленив городские ТИКи «по живому». Настоящую причину создания дополнительных комиссий вам и тем более ЦИКу никто не скажет, но изучая опыт некоторых регионов можно предположить, что дополнительные АРМы ГАСов дадут возможность оперативней вводить итоговые протоколы, а места нахождения новых ТИКов хоть и будут известны, но доступ к ним будет ещё тем квестом. Ну и конечно УИКи контролировать и «правильно» формировать будет проще. Но это не точно 😎
