Заявитель не растерялся и написал апелляцию на это возражение, правда для ответа от использовал ChatGPT из-за чего в его документах, а потом и в документах ведомства появилась информация, что его представитель ChatGPT (OpenAI).
Апелляция собранная в ИИ не особо помогла, и ведомство Бенилюкс по интеллектуальной собственности все равно отказало в регистрации, посчитав доводы книгоиздателя убедительными.
