«Невозможно полностью убрать российскую нефть с рынка, не допустив повышения цен вплоть до 200 долларов за баррель. Кроме того, с ростом цен повышается привлекательность российской нефти. Например, прямо сейчас у Китая и Индии огромный стимул покупать ее со скидкой», – пояснил аналитик.
Ранее российский лидер указал на тот факт, что Россия становится сильнее, борясь с последствиями санкций.

Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed.
