Regarding the tiktok ban/unban:

reminder to all here: this was a deliberate move by republicans. Notice how they all conveniently reversed a decision they were working on for MONTHS (the tiktok ban) right after tiktok basically ran ads for Trump on it, and now tiktok is also partially owned by wealthy U.S. people, who are all conservative. Tiktok was banned because the narrative regarding capitalism couldn’t be controlled on it, and is unbanned now that control over it has been established.

In other words, don’t fall for what is an insanely obvious move to secure political clout among the younger generations immediately before what will be perhaps the most unpopular presidency in American history, and might be the *last* one.

What’s going on with this is, as someone else put it in another chat I’m in, grooming young tiktok users (especially young white male tiktok users) into being conservative

It is quite literally emotional abuse on a corporate/federal level, targeted at children

What I want all of you to do is to not fall for this shit

like this tiktok ban only exists to both remove competition for american competitors (which both support trump) and also so that the us controls social media sites americans use
