Вчера решила сделать десерт из сливок и фруктов, но у меня закончился желатин, попробовала использовать агар-агар, получилось вкусно, но мне будто не хватило ванильного привкуса)
📎Рецепт:
50 мл сливок подогрела в кастрюле, добавила ~5–7 гр агар-агара, непрерывно помешивая, довела до кипения, остудила и разлила в формочки с фруктами, оставила на ночь в холодильнике
