Ингредиенты: ❤️Филе куриное ~50-70гр ❤️Морковь ~ 20гр ❤️Яйцо ❤️2 ст ложки муки (у меня рисовая каша заварная)
Способ приготовления:
Натираем куриное филе и морковь на мелкой терке, добавляем муку и яйцо, размешиваем и даем постоять 3-4 минутки. Распределяем по формам и готовим на пару/на водяной бане 25 мин, остужаем и нарезаем 🤍
