Важно понимать, что соглашение о прекращении огня:
❌ НЕ закрепляет принадлежность территорий; ❌ НЕ устанавливает межгосударственные границы или демаркационные линии; ❌ НЕ затрагивает вопросов вступления или невступления в НАТО; ❌ НЕ требует прекращения военного сотрудничества с третьими странами; ❌ НЕ закрепляет нейтралитет и никого не превращает в государство-сателлит; ❌ НЕ снимает ни с кого санкции; ❌ НЕ препятствует расследованию военных преступлений.
Соглашение о прекращении огня — это реальная остановка гибели людей. Все другие вопросы можно обсуждать потом, на переговорах, и сколь угодно долго.
